University of Georgia’s Gwinnett Campus—For the Working Professional

The University of Georgia Gwinnett Campus serves the educational needs of working professionals and businesses in the metro-Atlanta area and beyond. Conveniently located in Lawrenceville, the campus provides easy access for professional students, as well as credit and non-credit educational services for companies located in the greater Atlanta area wanting to advance their employees and capitalize on economic growth.

The campus provides graduate-level programs designed for working professionals. Professional-academic fields include pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, information technology, higher education, non-profit leadership, social work, public administration, sport management, and business. Programs are taught by UGA faculty members from the school or college in which each program originates. UGA-Gwinnett also provides non-credit professional development courses and programs through the Georgia Center for Continuing Education and the Small Business Development Center.

To help students keep pace with their professional careers and families, the campus offers an accommodating schedule of night and Saturday classes and a broad range of student support services. UGA-Gwinnett is a full-service campus; offering 60,000 square feet of instructional and support space, including access to computer labs, library and study rooms, as well as student services. All classrooms offer electronic smart-podiums with ceiling mounted projectors and complete electronic peripherals. Video-conferencing and digital recording are also available. The Gwinnett Campus library offers access to the UGA Libraries and collections of other colleges and universities in the University System of Georgia, as well as to the GALILEO suite of databases.
